Senior Programmer Analyst
Job Overview
The Senior Programmer Analyst will bridge the gap between technical programming and system analysis, developing and maintaining software solutions using .Net and .Net Core technologies, analyzing and managing database structures, collaborating with stakeholders, working with real-time messaging and interface-heavy systems, utilizing web services, and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain software solutions using .Net and .Net Core technologies.
- Analyze and manage database structures and systems, with a preference for experience in large, regulated industry environments.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work with real-time messaging and interface-heavy systems, including integration with Tibco layers and service layers.
- Utilize web services for system calls and manage hosting environments such as IIS and Tomcat.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables by adhering to deadlines and managing pressures effectively.
- Perform as a technical expert in the field, providing guidance and support to team members.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in .Net programming.
- Strong knowledge of database structures and management systems (Oracle, SQL Server).
- 4+ years of experience as a System Analyst.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to lead, collaborate, and work effectively in multi-disciplinary teams.
- Self-starter with a strong achievement orientation and concern for quality.
- Flexibility and ability to adapt to rapidly changing technology and business needs.
- Experience with web services, real-time messaging, and interface-heavy systems.
