Senior Programmer Analyst

About the role

The Senior Programmer Analyst will perform a variety of information technology functions, ranging from technical, operational, and process oriented in nature.

Responsibilities

• Utilize strong technical skill sets and competencies in decision making, problem solving, work planning and applied information technology to service end users both internal and external to Global Supply.
• Support supply chain applications utilizing objective-oriented programming languages, database management, and maintaining legacy applications.
• Work closely with end users to resolve issues, implement new technology, and support the dynamic environment.

Requirements

• Experience Required: 5 or more years in an IT position
• Plant and project management experience including managerial, continuous improvement, and system re-design techniques
• Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Project and process support, including training, communications and work management utilizing Agile methodology
• Technical and procedural documentation
• Strong skill set in system design: logic, data, network, process
• Problem analysis, definition, and resolution

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in MIS/Computer Science, or related field
