About the role
Supports the development, implementation, and maintenance of security policies, procedures, and controls for assigned programs. Ensures compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Responsibilities
- Develops and implements security policies and procedures
- Maintains and updates security controls
- Ensures compliance with security standards and regulations
- Conducts security assessments and audits
- Provides security training and awareness programs
- Responds to security incidents and threats
Requirements
- Active Top Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in cybersecurity or related field
- Experience with security policy development and implementation
- Knowledge of NIST Cybersecurity Framework
- Experience with security assessments and audits
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
