Senior Program Security Representative (Cyber & Long Range Fires)
Position Overview
The Program Security Representative (PSR) supports a Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) Department of War client in Chantilly, VA. The PSR provides multi-discipline security support for SCI, SAP, and collateral programs across all phases of development.

Responsibilities
- Provide daily multi-discipline analysis for SCI, SAP, and collateral activities
- Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy
- Develop and execute policies and procedures for safeguarding SCI, SAP, and collateral data
- Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews and follow-up reviews
- Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities
- Conduct explorations of loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified and sensitive information
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of experience
- 7 years related experience
- 5 years of relevant experience supporting OSD organization
- Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility

Qualifications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to communicate with co-workers, program leadership, and clients
- Knowledge of Special Access Programs (SAP) and/or collateral programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience supporting RDT&E programs, especially in Cyber, Hypersonics, and Long Range Fires
- Former Navy Program Security Officer experience
Pay Transparency
The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 USD. QinetiQ US considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
