Position Overview

The Program Security Representative (PSR) supports a Research, Development, Test & Evaluation (RDT&E) Department of War client in Chantilly, VA. The PSR provides multi-discipline security support for SCI, SAP, and collateral programs across all phases of development.

Join a team that partners with customers to protect the American Warfighter, Security Forces, and Allies. As a Program Security Representative, you will contribute to innovative research and development, ensuring the safety and security of critical operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily multi-discipline analysis for SCI, SAP, and collateral activities
  • Ensure strict adherence to NISPOM, its Supplement, DoD Overprint, DCID, ICD, and SAP policy
  • Develop and execute policies and procedures for safeguarding SCI, SAP, and collateral data
  • Conduct and document SAP facility compliance reviews and follow-up reviews
  • Identify vulnerabilities, threats, and risks to test, training, and operational activities
  • Conduct explorations of loss, compromise, or suspected compromise of classified and sensitive information

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 additional years of experience
  • 7 years related experience
  • 5 years of relevant experience supporting OSD organization
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI and SAP eligibility
  • Passion for innovation and problem-solving

Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with co-workers, program leadership, and clients
  • Knowledge of Special Access Programs (SAP) and/or collateral programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience supporting RDT&E programs, especially in Cyber, Hypersonics, and Long Range Fires
  • Former Navy Program Security Officer experience

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 USD. QinetiQ US considers several factors when extending an offer, including role, function, responsibilities, work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
