Basic Qualifications
- BA/BS Degree with minimum 8-10 years' experience; Advanced degree preferred
- ≥ 5 years Program Management experience
- Experience managing a portfolio of domestic and international large-scale production, and/or sustainment programs
- Demonstrated Full Spectrum Leadership skills and experience leading teams
- Possess proven program strategic planning experience
- Demonstrated business acumen and understanding of program financial measurements
- Ability to travel both domestic and international as required

As the Senior Manager for Commercial Aftermarket Total Assurance Programs, you will be a key member of our leadership team with responsibility for developing and executing strategic plans that drive business expansion, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance our competitive position in the market.
THE WORK
As the TAP Senior Manager, you will work with the Aftermarket Program Management Team to ensure business objectives, contract requirements, financial target, quality specifications, scheduled delivery dates and customer requirements are achieved. In addition, you will interact directly with Sikorsky Executive Management, suppliers, engineering, contracts, and operations to provide oversight and support of contract requirements and ensure deliverables are met. This includes both TAP Portfolio contracts and the S-92 Fleet Sustainment Program and its associated new capability & retrofit projects.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Managing $200M TAP contract Portfolio
- Day to Day execution of TAP contracts, including but not limited to: cost management, variance analysis, risk & opportunity management, inventory and demand forecast alignment, interfacing with external customer, supply chain, MRO and finance to ensure on-time program execution in accordance with contract terms and conditions, participating in contract review and negotiations, leading or supporting process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce cost, assessing risk related to supplier, quality, engineering or performance issues and developing mitigation plans as appropriate.
- Managing the $55M Fleet Sustainment budget and on-time/on-budget performance of all Fleet Sustainment Safety/Regulatory/Enhancement Projects
- Managing the $27M Repairs Team
- Managing the Aftermarket Proposals Team
