About the Role
We're looking for a Senior Program Manager, TA Operations & Systems to join Remitly's Talent Acquisition organization on a 6-month contract, with the possibility of extension. Reporting to the Head of TA Operations, you'll oversee the systems and tools that power our recruiting lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Own TA's core systems, including our ATS/CRM stack, which consists of platforms like Workday, GoodTime, Gem, and similar tools.
- Maintain our tooling workflows, testing and troubleshooting complex issues to optimize our tech stack.
- Evaluate, pilot, and implement new TA tools and AI-enabled workflows as our stack evolves, driving adoption through hands-on training and change management.
- Map, standardize, and continuously improve recruiting workflows end to end, removing bottlenecks and driving consistency across regions.
- Lead cross-functional operational projects, from process improvements to system enhancements, serving as a go-to TA resource for stakeholders in Legal, Compliance, Compensation, HRBPs, People Operations, and Global Mobility.
- Turn recruiting data into decisions: analyze metrics and translate insights into clear recommendations and action plans.
- Partner with the EMEA/APAC TA Operations Partner to keep systems and core processes consistent globally.
Requirements
- 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, or People Systems, with a focus on program management and/or systems & tools, ideally in a high-growth, global, or distributed environment.
- 2+ years of hands-on administration of TA systems like ATS, CRM and/or scheduling platforms (e.g., GoodTime, Gem, Workday ATS).
- Experience with Workday ATS administration is a plus.
- Fluency with AI-enabled tooling (e.g., Claude) and a bias toward using technology to eliminate manual, repetitive work.
- Strong program management skills — able to scope, prioritize, and run cross-functional initiatives to measurable outcomes while managing a roadmap across competing demands.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills — able to influence across diverse stakeholders and tailor your message across audiences.
Pay
The hourly range is $65-$75 per hour.
