Senior Program Manager, Revenue Operations

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Revenue Operations to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead complex, cross-functional programs that support revenue operations and go-to-market execution across the business. You will build the structure, governance, and reporting needed to turn strategic priorities into clear plans and measurable outcomes. The position requires close partnership with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps teams to keep initiatives aligned, on track, and moving forward. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $136,500 – $187,660 annually Responsibilities Drive strategic initiatives by translating priorities into structured plans Define milestones, owners, and deliverables for programs Track progress and outcomes while managing dependencies and blockers Establish operating rhythms and run status meetings for programs Maintain decision logs and standardize reporting across initiatives Coordinate alignment across RevOps and field teams Identify risks early, develop mitigation plans, and escalate as needed Qualifications 10+ years in program or project management, preferably in Revenue Operations or GTM functions Proven experience managing cross-functional programs with diverse stakeholders Skilled in establishing program governance and reporting from the ground up Proficient in risk management and escalation processes Strong communication skills for aligning teams across Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and RevOps Data-driven with the ability to define and track program success metrics Familiarity with project management tools like Jira, Asana, or Monday Benefits Health, vision, and dental insurance Mental health benefits Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) High trust and transparency culture Flexible work environment Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
