Senior Program Manager/ Project Manager ii

Position Summary

This Program Manager/Project Manager will oversee engineering and logistics initiatives, requiring a seasoned leader with a strong technical foundation and proven experience managing complex defense programs from planning through execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Marine Engineering from an accredited college or university
• Minimum 10 years of Program/Project management experience
• At least 5 years of experience managing engineering and logistics programs
• Demonstrated experience supporting the development and management of Submarine Sail and Towed Antenna Systems
• Experience with system analysis, testing, and evaluation of submarine systems
• Active SECRET Security Clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET Clearance

Preferred Skills

• Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
• Experience supporting U.S. Navy or Department of Defense programs
• Excellent planning, risk management, and program execution capabilities
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional engineering and logistics teams
