Requirements
- Path A: 20 years of project and construction management, 10 of them managing large programs with projects over $50M (not cumulative), plus 5 years in educational, public works, or large commercial construction, plus a degree in architecture, engineering, or construction management (a CCM from CMAA may substitute for the degree)
- Path B: 25 years of project and construction management, 20 of them managing large programs with projects over $50M (not cumulative), plus the same 5 years; degree and CCM preferred, not required
Preferred
- Design-Build, BIM, and LEED and/or CHPS experience
- DSA construction and design process experience
Benefits
- Compensation: Salary range: $234,000 to $257,000 per year, based on experience.
