About the role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Program/Project Manager to support a high-impact submarine systems program. This role supports mission-critical programs involving Submarine Sail and Towed Antenna Systems—requiring disciplined program leadership, technical coordination, and stakeholder engagement across Navy and engineering environments.

This Program Manager/Project Manager will oversee engineering and logistics initiatives, and requires a seasoned leader with a strong technical foundation and proven experience managing complex defense programs from planning through execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Marine Engineering from an accredited college or university.
• Minimum 10 years of Program/Project management experience.
• At least 5 years of experience managing engineering and logistics programs.
• Demonstrated experience supporting the development and management of Submarine Sail and Towed Antenna Systems.
• Experience with system analysis, testing, and evaluation of submarine systems.
• Active SECRET Security Clearance or the ability to obtain/maintain a SECRET Clearance.
