Senior Program Manager/Project Manager

Job Summary

The Sr Program/Project Manager role is critical for supporting the mission to deliver innovative data storage solutions and operational excellence across global teams. This role supports the Sales Enablement team by coordinating and executing training/enablement initiatives, maintaining training content/materials, and assisting with program execution.

Responsibilities

• Manage teams and oversee project execution
• Allocate resources and monitor team performance
• Ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Support professional development of team members
• Partner with SMEs for content development
• Update course content
• Host enablement sessions
• Work cross-functionally with global Cx stakeholders

Requirements

• CX functional collaborations and partnership
• Strong teamwork
• Willing to work in different time zones
• Flexible timing (non-9-5)
• Leadership and team management experience
• Strong technical background in relevant domain
• Ability to communicate effectively and resolve conflicts
• Familiarity with LMS (learning management systems) tools and sales enablement platforms

Preferred Skills

• Instructional Designer (ID) experience
• Learning & Development (L&D) and Training experience
• AI experience — using tools to generate content
