Senior Program Manager, Product Development

Responsibilities

• Lead complex clinical assay development projects from concept to commercialization
• Ensure alignment of projects with strategic objectives, budgets, and timelines
• Motivate cross-functional teams throughout the product development process
• Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements
• Develop detailed project plans using approved software and tools
• Establish milestones and maintain adherence to timelines and quality standards
• Serve as the primary contact, providing clear status reports to senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a scientific, clinical, technical, or business field; advanced degree preferred
• 5-10+ years of project management experience in large-scale, complex initiatives
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification highly preferred
• Extensive knowledge of project management methodologies in Biotechnology, Clinical Laboratory, or Medical Device industries
• Understanding of CLIA, CAP, GMP, NYSDOH, and FDA regulations
• Proficiency in project management and budget management software like Smartsheet, MS Project, Jira, Asana
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills

Pay

$110,000 – $150,000 annually
