About The Role

Fetch is seeking a Senior Program Manager to build, own, and continuously improve the planning and performance systems that enable Product and Marketing to operate effectively. In this high-impact individual contributor role, you'll partner closely with Strategy & Operations leadership to translate operating model vision into durable systems. You'll build the planning infrastructure, reporting systems, and recurring operating mechanisms that leaders rely on to make better decisions, while using AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve organizational scale. This role sits at the intersection of program management, operations, analytics, and organizational effectiveness. It is best suited for someone who enjoys building systems, simplifying complexity, and creating leverage for the teams around them. This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

Role Responsibilities

  • Planning Systems: Build and run the infrastructure supporting annual planning, quarterly planning, roadmap reviews, and planning cycles. Create planning templates, planning calendars, dependency trackers, executive rollups, and portfolio cross-cuts that help leaders identify gaps, overlaps, sequencing risks, and capacity constraints. Build the workflows, reporting, and automation that keep planning running smoothly before, during, and after each planning cycle. Continuously improve planning systems as organizational needs evolve.
  • Performance Systems: Build and run the OKR operating system, including templates, reporting, status collection, executive summaries, and review cycles. Build KPI dashboards, scorecards, and reporting that provide visibility into priorities, progress, organizational health, and business performance. Create a consistent operating model for evaluating cross-functional initiatives and integrated marketing moments. Automate recurring reporting and executive rollups wherever possible while continuously improving the quality and usefulness of insights.
  • Operational Leverage: Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate recurring work across Product and Marketing. Design and implement AI-enabled workflows that reduce manual planning, reporting, documentation, and coordination. Build reusable templates, tooling, documentation, and automations that improve consistency and reduce operational overhead. Drive adoption of new systems through enablement, feedback, and continuous improvement.

Minimum Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy & operations, marketing operations, product operations, business operations, or a related field.
  • Demonstrated experience building and operating planning systems, reporting systems, or other cross-functional operating infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to translate strategic direction into scalable workflows, systems, and organizational adoption.
  • Experience driving complex cross-functional initiatives from concept through operationalization in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to improve decisions and influence stakeholders.
  • Exceptional cross-functional leadership skills and ability to influence without direct authority.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing executive-level reporting and recommendations.
  • Demonstrated fluency with AI-enabled workflow design, automation, and process improvement, with experience applying AI to improve operational scale and efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building or scaling a PMO, Product Operations, Marketing Operations, or Strategy & Operations function.
  • Experience building planning systems, OKR systems, executive reporting, or organizational operating mechanisms.
  • Familiarity with product development lifecycles and marketing operating models.
  • Experience designing dashboards, executive reporting, or planning tooling.
  • Experience leveraging AI to redesign workflows and improve organizational efficiency.
