About the role

The Senior Program Manager, Operations Engineering is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of complex engineering projects within the organization. This role requires strong leadership skills, project management expertise, and a deep understanding of engineering principles.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements
• Manage risks and issues related to engineering projects
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior staff members

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in program management or engineering
• Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale engineering projects
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually

Full-time, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
