Senior Program Manager, Mental Health and Well-Being
About the role

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Develops and leads a cohesive global Mental Health and Well-Being vision and risk-based strategy that exceeds industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and improve in-depth expertise in relevant local, state, and federal laws related to Mental Health and Well-Being.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure our industry leading Mental Health and Well-Being standards are implemented and continuously improved upon.
- Create and deliver a proactive Mental Health and Well-Being culture that promotes wellness, identifies and mitigates workplace hazards, and minimizes work-related illness and injury.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in Mental Health and Well-Being, with a focus on program development and management.
- Experience in Mental Health and Well-Being principles, including hazard identification, risk assessment, and control measures.
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a Mental Health and Well-Being field (preferred).
- 5 years of experience leading Mental Health and Well-Being strategy (preferred).
- Experience in the technology industry (preferred).
- Experience working in a large, multinational organization (preferred).
- Strong knowledge and experience with medical and mental health and counseling services fields, health promotion and wellness programs, and global/regional health regulations (preferred).

Benefits
Individual pay is determined by factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. US: $188000 - $275000 (USD) + 20% bonus target + equity + benefits
