Senior Program Manager (Level M)

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager (Level M) to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space. This role will guide complex program execution across technical, operational, and proposal activities in a highly regulated environment. The position will partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders to maintain program alignment, support disciplined performance tracking, and drive development efforts forward. In addition, this leader will help shape new business opportunities while coordinating inputs across multiple functions to support strong proposal outcomes. Location: Seal Beach, CA - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $218,450 – $295,550 annually Responsibilities Lead and develop programmatic teams, ensuring clear roles and responsibilities Manage program performance through scheduled tracking and earned value baselines Oversee technical processes and product development in Agile and DevSecOps environments Strategize new business opportunities and proposals Coordinate multidivisional inputs for proposal development Qualifications Active U.S. Top Secret/SCI security clearance required Ability to obtain program access; U.S. citizenship only 10+ years in program or project management Experience building relationships with stakeholders Proficiency in Agile software development Benefits Health insurance and flexible spending accounts Retirement savings plans Life and disability insurance programs Paid and unpaid time off options Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
