Program Manager (Mid to Senior level)

About the role

Maumee, Ohio Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the final six months of Transition Services Agreement (TSA) and reverse TSA (rTSA) activities required to successfully complete a divestiture. In addition to managing these transition activities, the role will include responsibility for stranded cost reduction efforts, which represents a single workstream within the broader set of TSA‑related responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the final six months of TSA and rTSA activities to complete a divestiture.
• Manage transition activities associated with TSA and rTSA.
• Lead stranded cost reduction efforts as a workstream within TSA responsibilities.
