About the Role

As a Senior Program Manager, Global Brand & MarCom, you are a key connector between marketing strategy and flawless creative execution. You bring deep expertise in marketing and creative operations and act as an intelligent day-to-day partner to campaign managers—ensuring every marketing deliverable is aligned with the creative brief, grounded in the broader GTM strategy, and tracks successfully across creative, digital, print, and event channels. With a strong command of marketing operations and creative content workflows, you provide the clarity, consistency, and rigor needed to drive operational excellence across complex, cross-functional programs. You are the operational backbone and support engine for marketing business stakeholders, ensuring the execution of all marketing assets from intake through final delivery. Some weeks you will focus on overall strategic partnership and process frameworks, while other weeks you will dive deep into tactical execution, driving high-priority deliverables through the creative pipeline.

We are looking for someone excited about high-pressure workflows and eager to be part of an evolving Global Program Management function. This is an opportunity to contribute to a global team that builds processes as it goes and strives to be the heartbeat of the Brand/MarCom business organization.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns, translating strategy into scoped, resourced, creative execution across web, social, digital, print, and event channels.
  • Lead meetings and communications for high-visibility campaigns, events, and product launches with internal business stakeholders, navigating complex feedback with clarity and composure.
  • Bring a strategic lens to execution by connecting silos, identifying gaps, anticipating challenges, challenging unclear direction, and flagging risks early to ensure on-time delivery.
  • Shepherd projects from initial intake and creative kick-off to on-time delivery and post-ops—including scope, project plans, scheduling, resource allocation, reviews, regular status updates, risk management, quality assurance, and archiving in a repository.
  • Manage a high-volume and high-velocity portfolio of simultaneous projects, ranging from small to large scale, from single tactics to programs of deliverables, and across all touchpoints.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to provide top-notch service, set early expectations for creative execution, communicate updates on a regular cadence, and gather details to plan future campaign roadmaps and resourcing forecasts.
  • Monitor progress, risks, and resource alignment, making proactive adjustments to maintain momentum and campaign delivery.
  • Contribute to the continuous evolution of operational processes and identify opportunities to expand AI tooling, drive automation and efficiency, and develop self-serve brand resources.

Requirements

  • BS/BA or equivalent experience.
  • 8–10 years of experience in program/project management in marketing operations and/or creative environments.
  • Experience in life science or biotech domains is a plus but not required.
  • Deep understanding of omnichannel marketing campaigns, creative briefs, multi-faceted marketing tactics, and how to transform strategic marketing goals into a seamless creative lifecycle.
  • Proven ability to drive alignment across multiple business teams and convert difficult feedback into actionable next steps.
  • Proficiency with Workfront or similar project management systems (e.g., Wrike, Airtable).

What Will Make You Stand Out

  • You thrive in change and are energized, not rattled, by evolving business processes, shifting frameworks, and reshuffled priorities.
  • You can pivot seamlessly from managing high-visibility marketing initiatives to weighing in on strategic direction and change management without losing momentum or focus.
  • You excel at untangling complex situations—such as omitted scope, slipped milestones, unclear ownership, or confusing feedback—with minimal support while maintaining executional rigor.
  • You are a people person who doesn’t take cumbersome feedback personally and is comfortable working in a matrixed organization.
  • You remain composed under pressure, quickly identifying priority workflows without sacrificing creative delivery or quality.
  • You genuinely want to help build the process, not just follow it, and see this as an opportunity to contribute to the evolution of the Global Program Management function.
