Senior Program Manager, Employee Experience

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager, Employee Experience to join the team of a leader in the Consumer Technology space. This role will shape how technology-enabled employee experience initiatives are defined, measured, and scaled across a modern, remote-first organization. You will own a portfolio of cross-functional programs, leading research, experiments, and enablement efforts that improve how employees work and how the business learns from those efforts. The position partners closely with analytics and other stakeholders to turn findings into practical frameworks, clear recommendations, and measurable outcomes.
