Role Overview

Lead end-to-end delivery of complex, enterprise-wide programs spanning data, applications, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Drive program planning, governance, execution, and delivery aligned to strategic business objectives.
  • Establish structured program frameworks including timelines, resource planning, financial tracking, and reporting.
  • Provide executive-level insights into program health, risks, dependencies, and outcomes.
  • Oversee technical delivery across architecture, engineering, and data teams to ensure scalable, secure solutions.
  • Drive data modernization initiatives including warehousing, integration, and enterprise data platform enablement.
  • Ensure alignment with data governance, quality, lifecycle, and compliance frameworks.
  • Facilitate integration of legacy systems into modern cloud and hybrid ecosystems.
  • Manage budgets, forecasting, and financial performance across program workstreams.
  • Manage stakeholder alignment, decision-making, and communication across all levels of the organization.
  • Lead continuous improvement in delivery practices, methodologies, and team performance.
  • Support successful transition to operations with change management, training, and support teams.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise programs or large-scale technology initiatives.
  • Proven success delivering data transformation, data platform, or complex application programs.
  • Strong background within financial services (wealth management, asset management, banking, or similar).
  • Expertise in program governance, financial management, and risk mitigation.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage executive stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of data architecture concepts and enterprise system integration.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies including Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid approaches.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • PMP, PgMP, Agile, or related certifications preferred.

Qualifications

  • Experience with cloud-based data platforms and modernization initiatives.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and enterprise PMO platforms.
  • Exposure to wealth management platforms or financial data ecosystems.
  • Experience supporting enterprise architecture governance.
  • Background managing globally distributed or multi-vendor teams.
