Senior Program Manager - Customer Success Programs

For our client, a leader in the Enterprise Technology space, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager to drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery.

About the role

You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track. The position offers the opportunity to bring clarity to complex work and deliver outcomes that matter across the organization within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Lead the scoping, planning, and execution of strategic programs to enhance customer and employee experiences
• Drive collaboration across functions to align project objectives and engage stakeholders effectively
• Measure and report on project outcomes, implementing continuous improvement processes
• Identify and develop scalable solutions and reporting tools to mitigate risks and enhance operations
• Champion and embed the company’s cultural principles in program delivery

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree from a 4-year institution
• 6-8 years of program management or consulting experience in a high-growth SaaS environment
• Proven track record of launching initiatives that improve customer experiences
• Strong problem solving and data-driven decision-making skills
• Excellent communication and influencing abilities across various stakeholder levels
• Ability to handle prioritization conversations diplomatically

Pay

$111,265 – $130,900 annually
