Responsibilities

• Lead comprehensive project lifecycles for Amazon Air's critical infrastructure initiatives
• Manage substantial project budgets with precision and financial acumen
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, operations, finance, and external partners
• Develop proactive risk mitigation strategies to ensure project success
• Drive data-informed decision-making through comprehensive project metrics and reporting

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership
• 5+ years of managing stakeholders in cross-functional project experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of general AI tools
• 6+ years of Business strategy or Non-Tech Program Management experience

USA, WA, Bellevue - $115,600.00 - $160,000.00 USD annually
