Responsibilities

Leadership of teams for the complete lifecycle of solution development and deployment, from hands-on proposal technical support to prototyping client implementations and complete production deployment.

Ensuring effective end-to-end solution design, to include integration with other technologies and solutions, driving high client satisfaction with the final solutions.

Managing complex projects and programs, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with government regulations.

Serving as the primary liaison between clients, technical teams, and leadership, driving successful outcomes while adhering to contract terms, timelines, and budgets.

Qualifications

  • Proven background in federal government contracting and project management.
  • Experience leading the deployment of enterprise and custom software solutions in client environments.
  • Experience defining program scope, objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Experience developing detailed project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
  • Experience generating executive-level reports and dashboards on program health, milestones, and financial performance.
  • Experience using data-driven insights to identify areas of improvement and recommend optimizations.
  • Proven experience growing and selling, while delivering.
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity.
  • Proven team player and team builder.
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of government procurement processes, contracts (e.g., GSA schedules, IDIQ), and compliance standards (e.g., FAR, DFARS).
  • Experience with managing budgets, task orders, and subcontractor relationships.
  • Proven experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA).

Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $150,000 to $225,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
