Senior Program Manager, AI Literacy & Enablement

For our client, a leader in the Information Technology space, we are seeking a Senior Program Manager to lead AI Literacy & Enablement initiatives at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery.

About the role

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the AI Literacy roadmap and success metrics for the organization
• Establish proficiency frameworks for various audiences within the company
• Build and scale engagement initiatives, including playbooks and campaigns
• Design and deliver diverse learning experiences that incorporate Responsible AI principles
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to implement Responsible AI standards
• Ensure training materials align with current governance policies and ethical practices
• Track adoption and proficiency metrics to continuously improve the program

Qualifications

• 8+ years in learning & development, focusing on enterprise-wide programs in AI, data, or technology
• In-depth knowledge of responsible AI principles and governance frameworks
• Exceptional communication skills and executive presence for presentations
• Strong collaboration abilities across cross-functional teams including Legal and Compliance
• Experience with modern instructional design methodologies for scalable learning

Pay

$101,900 – $132,800 annually
