About the role
The Senior Program Manager, AI Enablement solves operational bottlenecks in scaling artificial intelligence adoption across enterprise business units. This role addresses the challenge of aligning cross-functional teams—engineering, legal, product, and business—to accelerate pilot deployment while maintaining security standards. By establishing structured intake workflows, optimizing playbook governance, and guiding compliance reviews, the position eliminates friction in enterprise AI integration. Additionally, this role converts complex operational metrics into actionable executive reporting to drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate agile action teams of engineers, product managers, legal experts, and business stakeholders to execute defined AI milestones
- Optimize and scale the enterprise AI implementation playbook to refine organizational workflows as the AI Office expands
- Manage the AI initiative intake queue to evaluate and prioritize project proposals against business goals and technical readiness
- Drive new AI pilot projects through InfoSec and Data Privacy review pipelines prior to deployment
- Maintain executive-level dashboards that deliver clear status metrics, project timelines, and risk mitigation strategies to senior leadership
Requirements
- AI literacy and practical understanding of how to evaluate, deploy, and scale enterprise AI solutions
- Demonstrated expertise in cross-functional leadership, meeting facilitation, and consensus building among diverse technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Mastery of modern project management methodologies and workflow tracking systems
- Strong data interpretation and executive presentation capabilities using data visualization tools
- Critical experience steering complex projects through regulatory, information security, or data privacy review processes
- Proven ability to track multi-faceted workflows, manage competing priorities, and maintain accountability under tight schedules
- Experience working directly within corporate IT, software development, or fast-paced technology operations
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Project Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, program management, or scrum mastering
Skills
- Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet)
- Experience with dashboard and reporting software (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)

Pay
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $119,900.00/Year
The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
