AI Program Enablement Senior Manager

For our client, a leader in the Legal & Accounting space, we are seeking an AI Program Enablement Senior Manager. This role leads work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture, execution quality, and long-term technology capabilities.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and maintain custom GPTs, AI agents, and reusable AI-enabled workflows
• Lead AI strategy and governance for Marketing, Sales, and Client Experience
• Design and deliver AI training and enablement programs
• Partner across functions to align AI adoption with business priorities
• Measure and report AI adoption, usage, productivity, and impact

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required
• 8 years of experience in marketing operations, sales enablement, CX enablement, digital transformation, AI enablement, program management, marketing technology, or related roles
• 2 years of experience in the AI space preferred
• In-depth knowledge of generative AI tools, custom GPTs, AI agents, and responsible AI practices
• Ability to translate AI strategy into actionable roadmaps and measurable outcomes
• Strong organizational, change management, and program management skills
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and training capabilities

Pay

$131,500 – $206,120 annually
