Senior Program Management Analyst

About the role

Significance Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Management Analyst to support an upcoming federal program (contingent upon award). This role will be on-site located in Dahlgren, VA and requires an active TS-SCI.

Responsibilities

• Provide program management and analytical support in support of Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) programs.
• Collect, review, and analyze information in support of program management activities.
• Provide support across procurement, program planning, logistics, and program cost analysis.
• Develop and maintain program schedules and planning tools, including Gantt and PERT charts.
• Support development and analysis of ITPRs, SSJs, BNMs, PLCCEs, EAs, BCAs, AoAs, BOEs, IBRs, and CARDs.

Requirements

• Seven (7) years of experience collecting, reviewing, and analyzing information in support of programs.

Qualifications

• Navy and/or Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) experience desired.
• CCEA certification desired.
• Experience with Gantt, PERT charts.
• Experience with ITPRs, SSJs, BNMs.
• Experience with PLCCEs, EAs, BCAs, AoAs, BOEs, IBRs, CARDs.
