We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications? The posting includes "About The Role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Preferred Qualifications", "Benefits". Also maybe "About Keeper" but that's company description; we can include as "About Keeper"? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). Use only sections with real content. We have About Keeper (company overview) maybe not required but could be included as "About Keeper". However they said do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. They didn't forbid company description. Could include "About Keeper" as a section. But they gave examples of headings; we can include "About Keeper" as

. Also "About The Role" is present; we should use that heading. "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Preferred Qualifications" (maybe as Qualifications), "Benefits". No Pay or Schedule info, so omit those sections. We must preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Also remove the Privacy Notice etc. So we need to strip out the long privacy notice at the end. Also remove "Keeper Security, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer..." etc. Also remove "Classification: Exempt". Also remove "Keeper Candidate Privacy Notice" and all that. We need to keep the substantive content: description, About Keeper, About The Role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Preferred Qualifications, Benefits. We need to format lists with

Let's split responsibilities sentences: "Lead end-to-end execution of complex federal platform, IT services and infrastructure programs, including cloud modernization, automation and security integrations" "Partner with Engineering, Security, Compliance and Product leadership to define program strategy, priorities, milestones and success criteria" "Oversee large-scale cloud initiatives across AWS and federal environments, ensuring scalability, cost efficiency, security and operational resilience" "Coordinate the Infrastructure-as-Code operating model for GovCloud, including Terraform coverage, automated deployments and reduction of manual change management" "Lead enterprise disaster recovery initiatives, including cross-region failover architecture, recovery time and recovery point objective validation, and recurring resilience testing" "Drive Zero Trust identity initiatives, including KeeperPAM deployment, SCIM expansion and automated identity lifecycle management for federal environments" "Partner with Information Security to support FedRAMP High hardening, STIG validation and continuous compliance monitoring across federal-facing services" "Integrate security-by-design and compliance requirements into federal platform and IT services programs, including FedRAMP, DoD Impact Levels, SOC 2 and ISO 27001" "Collaborate with Security Engineering and the CISO organization to maintain program-level compliance and audit readiness" "Coordinate with Engineering teams to improve deployment pipelines, reduce release friction and strengthen platform reliability" "Champion automated testing, security scanning, release governance and repeatable operational processes" "Oversee observability and monitoring initiatives to improve system visibility, performance and incident response across federal and commercial environments" "Define and track service-level indicators, service-level objectives and error budgets in partnership with Engineering and Security teams" "Recruit, onboard, mentor and develop Federal Platform Operations engineers as the team grows" "Serve as a cross-functional technical liaison, ensuring clear communication, dependency tracking and alignment across teams" "Manage program timelines, technical risks, dependencies and stakeholder expectations across multiple concurrent initiatives" "Apply Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery methodologies based on program requirements" "Evaluate emerging technologies that strengthen Keeper’s federal platform, IT services, cloud automation, security and monitoring capabilities" "Use AI-enabled tools such as Claude, ChatGPT or similar platforms to support technical research, program analysis, documentation, stakeholder communication and workflow efficiency" That seems correct. Now Requirements block: need to split into list items. "8+ years of experience in IT services, cloud infrastructure, platform engineering or related technical environments, including exposure to regulated or government-adjacent missions" "4+ years of experience leading technical programs, platform initiatives or complex cross-functional engineering projects in SaaS, cloud-native or cybersecurity environments" "Demonstrated experience supporting compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, DoD IL4/IL5, STIG or DoD Cloud Computing SRG" "Strong experience with AWS cloud services such as ECS, EKS, Lambda, RDS, S3 and IAM; AWS GovCloud experience a plus" "Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code and cloud automation technologies such as Terraform, container platforms and automated deployment pipelines" "Strong understanding of cloud security, automation and modern platform engineering practices" "Demonstrated success managing complex initiatives in high-security or compliance-driven environments" "Experience with observability platforms such as Datadog, Prometheus or Grafana and associated incident- management workflows" "Experience building, mentoring or leading technical teams in high-growth environments" "Strong communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders, resolve dependencies and manage expectations" "Ability to use AI-enabled tools effectively to support technical research, documentation, analysis and program execution" "Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical
