About the role
The Senior Program Coordinator (SPC) provides comprehensive support to members of the senior leadership team at DonorConnect. Key responsibilities include calendar management, expense reporting, coordinating travel, and other administrative tasks.Responsibilities
- Facilitate smooth operations and foster effective collaboration among senior leadership team members.
- Provide ongoing administrative support such as calendar management, expense reporting, coordinating travel, and other duties.
- Operate at a high level of efficiency and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Anticipate needs, think critically, and adapt to dynamic situations.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 or more years of administrative support experience.
- Excellent technical, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of prioritizing business needs and making trade-offs across all stakeholders.
- Highly reliable and trustworthy, conducting role responsibilities with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
- Able to work independently and set priorities without regular supervision.
- Collaborative with the ability to professionally engage with staff at all levels and exercise good judgment and stability under pressure.
- Proven high level of emotional and social intelligence and interpersonal skills.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly accommodate to new applications and tools, becoming a super-user.
- Proactive and able to identify and analyze potential situations for improvement.
- Flexible, adaptable, and able to manage change.
- Ability to function and complete work with competing priorities and expectations.
- Excellent communication skills, including the ability to prepare correspondence and presentations.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Ability to reason logically and make sound decisions, to consider alternative and diverse perspectives, to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Qualifications
- Training/Education/Certification: Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Administrative support skills and computer training required.
