About the role
The Senior Program Coordinator provides comprehensive support to members of the senior leadership team. This role requires exceptional organizational and communication skills to facilitate smooth operations and foster effective collaboration among key stakeholders.
The Senior Program Coordinator is responsible for ongoing administrative support, including calendar management, expense reporting, and coordinating travel for assigned members of the senior leadership team. As a proactive support specialist, this role operates with a high level of efficiency, professionalism, and confidentiality regarding sensitive information, discussions, and decisions. The ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and adapt to dynamic situations makes this role an invaluable asset to the senior leadership team and DonorConnect.
This is a full-time, 36-hour work week position with onsite presence required in Murray, UT.
Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing administrative support to assigned members of the senior leadership team, including calendar management, expense reporting, and coordinating travel.
- Operate with a high level of efficiency, professionalism, and confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Anticipate the needs of senior leadership and adapt to dynamic situations.
- Facilitate effective collaboration among key stakeholders.
- Prepare correspondence and presentations.
- Manage competing priorities and expectations in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 or more years of administrative support experience.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, and/or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Administrative support skills and computer training required.
- Advanced skills with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10 pounds at times with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screen.
