About the Role

The Senior Program Analyst is part of the Earned Value Management System (EVMS) team. You will conduct business plans, EV (Earned Value) calculations, data deliverables, analysis of program metrics and status. This is a high visibility role focusing on results with the opportunity to build relationships and grow your career. This position will work in a hybrid capacity in Windsor Locks, CT.

Responsibilities

  • Execute business plans, Earned Value (EV) calculations and data deliverables for Program Management.
  • Support analysis of program metrics and status to develop business plans/proposals.
  • Collect information to help develop accurate program estimates to monitor EV performance.
  • Provide EV, plans and other information as inputs to control and manage reporting systems.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field.

Qualifications We Prefer

  • Experience in Finance, Accounting or similar discipline.
  • Experience leveraging strong analytical and trending skills.
  • Experience working across functions, organizations and all levels of management.

Pay

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
