Senior Program Analyst

About the role

Tharros provides our government client with SETA support to include the application of cyber acquisition and program management expertise resulting in superior performance of command-wide programs and operations. Our support furthers the mission to unify the direction of cyberspace operations, strengthen DoD cyberspace capabilities, and integrate and bolster DoD's cyber expertise.

Responsibilities

• Track analytical, technical, and administrative tasks that relate to the phases of the DoD PPBE process (EBC/POM).
• Assist with drafting, editing, proofreading, and maintaining version control on a variety of strategic planning documents, policies, and procedures.
• Apply requirements guidelines to help establish performance metrics against priorities, policies, and objectives for frequently changing programs and funding requirements.
• Support the development of high-level portfolios with critical mission needs, requiring attention to detail and documentation.
• Manage team environment dynamics by liaising with internal and external organizations across the DoD, the Intelligence Community, and non-DoD government agencies to achieve common goals.
• Work on multiple time-sensitive actions simultaneously.
• Support large financial portfolios with daily business operations, including workflow activities, briefings, monthly financial reviews, action item follow-ups, and coordination functions.

Requirements

• An active TS/SCI with Poly clearance is required.
• Bachelor’s degree with 10 years of experience, or additional experience in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with DEAMS or DAI Budget software.
• PPBE background.

Qualifications

• An active Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is desired.
