Temporary full-time role (estimated 6-month duration) based in Torrance, CA. Onsite, 1st shift (Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM). Hourly rate: $55.00–$57.00.

About the role

The Senior Analyst – Dealer Recognition & Events supports the Sales Development department by designing, implementing, and evaluating dealer employee recognition and sales event programs. This role analyzes program performance using multiple data sources, develops recommendations to improve program effectiveness, manages budgets and project timelines, collaborates with internal stakeholders, prepares executive presentations, and provides administrative support including purchase order creation and meeting planning.

Responsibilities

  • Support the design and implementation of dealer employee recognition programs and sales events.
  • Analyze data from multiple sources to measure program effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop recommendations to enhance recognition and event initiatives.
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ensure program alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and key milestones.
  • Create presentations and reports for senior leadership.
  • Develop purchase orders and assist with vendor coordination.
  • Coordinate meetings, logistics, and administrative activities.
  • Support additional departmental initiatives as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Finance, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting employee recognition, incentive, dealer engagement, or event programs.
  • 5+ years of experience managing multiple projects, budgets, and timelines simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills (5+ years).
  • Experience creating executive-level presentations.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Administrative experience including purchase order creation and meeting/event coordination.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Automotive industry experience.
  • Dealer network or sales support experience.
  • Experience managing recognition or incentive programs.
  • Project management experience in a corporate environment.
  • Experience supporting senior leadership.
