Senior Program Analyst
Major Duties and Responsibilities
- Develops, Coordinates and Provides/Presents Program Information
- Develops/Updates/Responds to Program Management Reports
- Develops/Updates/Maintains project plans and schedules
- Prepares/Conducts Program Reviews (Annual, Quarterly)
- Performs Staff Action Control Officer (TMT) task for Ops
- Plans, Coordinates, Participates in Ops Battle Rhythm, Event (IPRs, C&S, Stand-Up)
- Develops/Updates/Responds to Ops reporting requirements
- Performs Personnel Task for Ops
- Performs Long Range Planning
- Develops/Updates/Responds to Ops reporting requirements
- Participates in informal meetings, conferences, committees, and seminars
- Performs Administrative Support Tasks (Calendar/time management, office supplies/Materials, Record Mgmt)
- Provides Non-Program Specific Data Calls, weekly reports, and RFIs
- Covers travel requirements (training, theater/country clearance, risk assessments)
- Attends and prepares for business management meetings (Pgm Mgmt., staff, etc.)
- Routes Contracting Requirements and Contract MODS
- Develops/provides annual POM inputs
- Serve as the Government’s primary point of contact for assigned projects
- Provide direct support to the monitoring and reviews of all project schedules
- Provide detailed reviews of major contract deliverables (key briefings) sent from the APM prior to presentation to leadership
- Provide administrative support to include development of SOPs, funding documents, PowerPoint presentations, and after-action reports
Work Schedule
100% In-Office at Fort Belvoir, VA
Required Education/Certifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in a Science or Management related field
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or DAU Level III Project Management certification
Desired Qualifications
- Army Acquisition experience highly recommended
- 8 years (minimum) related PM experience
- Experience providing oversight of large, multi-functional projects, preferably in an information technology environment, and planning and managing complex tasks sometimes under tight budget and time constraints
- Strong management and leadership skills, written and oral communications skills; experience in Government acquisition; familiarity with industry best practices; and Government contract and subcontract management
