About the role

The Leonardo DRS Airborne and Intelligence Systems business is a global leader and strategic partner delivering full life‑cycle defense and intelligence products. The role involves developing plans, schedules, and budgets for multiple and/or large complex programs, establishing program requirements, leading coordination efforts, consulting with management and customers, and providing leadership and expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Develop plans, schedules, and budgets to meet contractual requirements for multiple and/or large complex programs.
• Establish complex program plans and conduct in‑depth research to define program requirements.
• Lead major coordination efforts for complex delivery schedules.
• Consult with management and customers on modifications for optimum schedules.
• Coordinate budgets across the program.
• Participate in vendor evaluation.
• Provide expertise on proposals to identify the most appropriate methods to meet project requirements outlined in the Statement of Work.
• Assist with proposal efforts.
• Provide work leadership for lower‑level employees.
• Support, communicate, reinforce, and defend the mission, values, and culture of the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and related technical training with at least 8 years of directly related experience (or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience).
