Senior Program Analyst

About the role

The Senior Program Analyst is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing complex software programs. They work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed project plans and timelines
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define specifications
• Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior team members
• Conduct user acceptance testing and provide feedback to developers
• Document project processes and procedures for future reference

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in software development or program management
• Proficient in project management methodologies such as Agile or Scrum
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with version control systems like Git

Qualifications

• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC)
• Experience with data analysis tools and techniques
• Understanding of software architecture principles
