Senior Professional Services Consultant

For our client, we are seeking a Senior Professional Services Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Enterprise Technology space. This role will lead end-to-end client implementations of compensation planning solutions, from discovery and requirements gathering through go-live and handoff. You will partner closely with customers and internal stakeholders to design effective system configurations, manage timelines, and ensure a smooth implementation experience. The position also requires strong client communication, proactive risk management, and support in scoping additional services as needed. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $105,000 – $140,000 annually Responsibilities Lead full-cycle implementations for clients, from requirements gathering to go-live Design efficient system configurations for customer compensation plans Manage project timelines and set expectations with clients and stakeholders Act as the primary client contact during implementations and build trust with customer teams Scope new services and support post-implementation negotiations as needed Ensure a smooth handoff to Customer Success at project completion Identify and escalate project risks proactively to avoid customer impact Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in sales compensation consulting or implementation roles Strong understanding of data modeling and spreadsheet/database tools like Excel Excellent time management skills for balancing client meetings and hands-on work Customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work independently and seek guidance when needed Experience in a SaaS or technology company is preferred Familiarity with SQL and CRM/ERP systems is a plus Benefits Equity options as part of the compensation package Comprehensive health benefits for employees Flexible work environment in a fast-paced startup culture Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative team atmosphere with a focus on best practices Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
