Senior Professional, Identity & Access Management
Core Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and support Microsoft Active Directory forests, domains, trusts, organizational units, Group Policy, and domain controllers
- Partner with IAM and PAM teams to design and maintain privileged access controls and delegated administration models
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve Active Directory issues including authentication, replication, DNS, and domain controller health
- Support integrations between Active Directory and Identity Governance, authentication, certification, and access management platforms
- Develop standards, operational documentation, and runbooks for Active Directory services and infrastructure
- Participate in change management, audits, incident response, and continuous improvement initiatives supporting enterprise security
- Design Active Directory integration patterns with AWS and promote secure authentication using Kerberos and LDAP
Required Skills / Experience (Must-Haves)
- Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Active Directory in large, complex enterprise environments
- Strong understanding of Active Directory security, delegation models, and privileged access management
- Proven experience troubleshooting authentication, replication, DNS, account lifecycle, and access-related issues
- Experience integrating Active Directory with AWS (Managed AD, self-hosted, or similar solutions)
- Experience supporting Identity Governance or Privileged Access Management (PAM) platforms
- Experience supporting global, multi-domain, or multi-region Active Directory environments
Preferred Skills / Experience (Nice-to-Haves)
- Experience developing authentication patterns using Kerberos and LDAP
- Experience supporting enterprise cloud identity modernization initiatives
- Knowledge of Active Directory operational standards and security best practices
- Experience participating in enterprise audits and security compliance initiatives
- Experience developing technical documentation, standards, and operational runbooks
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional infrastructure and security teams
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical problem-solving skills
About the Role
This is a 9-month contract based in Atlanta, GA, requiring 100% onsite attendance. The standard work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.
Pay, Benefits & Schedule
The approximate pay range for this position is between $70.00 and $77.00 per hour. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
