About the role

Lead Daily Operations – Direct production activities for your assigned shift, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with production goals, standards, procedures, and cost expectations.

Drive Safety and Quality – Champion people safety and food safety by reinforcing standards, supporting compliance, and helping identify and address risks before they impact the operation.

Solve Problems and Improve Performance – Use root cause analysis and problem-solving tools to resolve operational issues, reduce downtime, and identify best practices across safety, quality, production, and equipment performance.

Develop And Engage Talent – Coach, support, and develop team members while building a culture of accountability, ownership, and strong execution.

Support Plant Priorities – Lead and support projects that drive operational improvements, communicate priorities clearly, and help employees understand how their work connects to broader plant objectives.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or GED with significant relevant manufacturing experience.
  • Experience leading teams in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or industrial environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accountability, execution, and results.
  • Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives, project work, or root cause problem-solving.
  • Knowledge of safety, quality, food safety, or manufacturing compliance programs and processes.

Pay

The annual salary range is $77,000 - $101,100, which is based on various factors such as location, experience and skill.

Schedule

Part-time employees may have access to benefits on a pro-rated basis.
