Senior Production Scheduler
About the role
As a Sr Production Scheduler here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will lead globally across the supply chain network to manage capacity and meet customer demand. You will enhance supply chain planning, execute goals, and manage SIOP, supply planning, and issue resolution. You will report directly to our Sr ISC Operations Manager and you’ll work out of our Tempe, AZ location on an On-site work schedule.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain the production schedule to meet customer demand and optimize resource utilization
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather and analyze data, identify bottlenecks, and implement process improvements
- Monitor production performance and take corrective actions to ensure production targets are met
- Cook up with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and components
- Cook up with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time
- Analyze production data and trends to identify opportunities for cost reduction and process optimization
Qualifications
- 5+ years’ experience in Supply Chain within a manufacturing environment
- 3+ years of experience in inventory control within a manufacturing environment
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience in Materials Management, Operations, SIOP, Inventory Management, MRP MPS, Procurement Logistics and Manufacturing
- Expert in material control systems such as MRP/SAP systems
- APICS or CPIM Certification
- Strong project management and problem-solving skills
- Lead and solve complex organizational problems
- Ability to influence and collaborate with all levels of the organization
- Expertise on leading/driving change, and mentor for new leaders or peers
- Expertise across professional disciplines within the material management function
- Mentor new leaders or peers
Export Compliance
