Senior Production Planner

About the role

ENTEK is excited to welcome a Planner Scheduler Level 3 to their team in Terre Haute, Indiana.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, maintenance, and reporting of integrated project schedules across complex scopes of work.
• Partner with engineering, procurement, manufacturing, construction, and startup teams to ensure schedule integrity, identify risks and constraints, and support project recovery strategies.
• Develop integrated, logic-driven project schedules.
• Establish and manage approved schedule baselines.
• Perform critical path, float, and variance analysis.
• Lead schedule update and coordination meetings.
• Support schedule recovery and acceleration planning.
• Prepare executive-level reports and schedule narratives.
• Ensure compliance with ENTEK planning standards.
• Mentor and support junior planners and schedulers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Science, Project Management, or related field preferred.
• More than five (5) years of progressive planning and scheduling experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of EPC, engineering, construction, or manufacturing sequencing.

Work Schedule

This is a full-time, exempt position working Monday through Friday, day shift. Some domestic and occasional international travel may be required to support project execution.
