About the role
Join the Production Art Dept focusing on NikeSKIMS. Reporting to the Sportswear Production Art Senior Manager, you'll collaborate with fellow Production Artists, Graphic Designers, Color Designers, and Product Designers. Cross-functional partnerships include Accessories Design, Graphic Design, Product Management, Technical Development, and Material Development.
Responsibilities
- Deliver flawless, production-ready files for Designers, ensuring they have the time to be creative.
- Create detailed and accurate schematics, attend relevant planning meetings, and own personal action items/workload.
- Support and lead peers in adopting new tools and ways of working, managing multiple projects in a time-sensitive environment.
- Work on highly visible products across NikeSKIMS Design, including Footwear, Apparel, and Accessories.
- Create and finalize graphic details across multiple levels of product using 2D and 3D tools.
- Track and maintain updates on all appropriate files for accuracy through final approval.
- Develop new tools for alignment and drive greater efficiency in the product creation process.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related field or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in a design and/or production environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Illustrator and Adobe Suite.
- Advanced knowledge of graphic applications such as ink types and trim substrates.
- Understanding of product lifecycle and key deliverables, especially in Sportswear/Lifestyle brands.
- Expert-level listening, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to support and lead peers in adopting new tools and ways of working.
- Laser focus on critical details and curiosity for learning and building a strong design community.
- Basic understanding of 3D apparel programs (CLO or Lotta).
- Experience with Smartsheets, Airtable, and Miro.
Qualifications
- A love for sports is a bonus, but a love for design is essential.

Pay
The annual base salary for this position ranges from $88,600.00 in our lowest geographic market to $174,200.00 in our highest geographic market. Actual salary will vary based on a candidate's location, qualifications, skills, and experience.
