- Analytics & Outcomes: Define engagement metrics, retention rates, and learning outcomes to evaluate the game's effectiveness after launch
- Illustration: Support simulation and episode production by creating production-ready visual assets for interactive training content, including characters, props, environments, UI elements, icons, and in-world objects
- Translate creative briefs, learning goals, and product requirements into clear visual concepts, storyboards, layouts, and production assets
- Partner with product managers, security researchers, writers, product designers, animators, and creative leads to shape experiences that balance fun, clarity, and instructional value
- Own asset workstreams from concept to handoff, keeping files organized, reusable, and easy for cross-functional teammates to implement
- Identify opportunities to improve production quality and team velocity through better asset planning, reusable templates, and ethical AI-assisted concepting workflows

- A strong eye for visual consistency, readability, hierarchy, and environmental storytelling across characters, worlds, and interfaces
- Comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-moving, iterative environment and contributing thoughtful feedback that improves the final experience
- Experience with storyboarding, scene planning, or pre-visualization for interactive or animated content is preferred
- Familiarity with game design principles such as feedback loops, player guidance, challenge framing, reward moments, and moment-to-moment visual clarity is preferred
