Responsibilities

  • Define and own product strategy for risk-bearing provider and payer-adjacent analytics offerings by translating market intelligence, client feedback, and business objectives into actionable 12–24-month product roadmaps.
  • Partner with General Managers and Product Leadership to evaluate market opportunities, identify strategic growth areas, and support annual business planning.
  • Lead product strategy for opportunities spanning risk-bearing provider organizations, including accountable care organizations, specialty care, pharmacy analytics, and payer-adjacent workflows.
  • Prioritize product investments by evaluating market demand, scalability, competitive differentiation, commercial value, and build/buy/partner opportunities.
  • Lead market validation, product definition, business case development, and business requirements to enable successful execution by Technical Product Management and Engineering teams.
  • Identify reusable platform capabilities that can scale across provider and payer-adjacent workflows while supporting future market expansion.
  • Identify opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled capabilities, automation, and decision-support solutions that improve product value, usability, scalability, and operational efficiency.
  • Serve as the ACO/risk-bearing provider product subject matter expert, supporting product development, solution validation, internal enablement, client engagements, conferences, webinars, and other market-facing activities.
  • Lead commercialization efforts by partnering with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and General Managers to develop positioning, value propositions, pricing strategies, packaging, sales enablement materials, and go-to-market plans.
  • Measure product performance through market adoption, client feedback, competitive positioning, and post-launch analytics to continuously refine product strategy and investment priorities.
  • Collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Client Services, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Executive Leadership to align stakeholders, resolve tradeoffs, and drive execution of strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with Client Services to define scalable service, support, and operating models that enable long-term customer success.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Technology, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5-8+ years of experience in product strategy, product management, commercial strategy, or healthcare consulting, supporting risk-bearing provider or accountable care organizations.
  • Experience with payer-adjacent workflows is strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of product strategy, commercialization, platform strategy, product development lifecycles, and business planning.
  • Deep knowledge of risk-bearing provider organizations, including accountable care organizations, healthcare claims, clinical and pharmacy data, population health, and value-based care.
  • Ability to translate complex clinical, operational, and commercial requirements into scalable product strategies and roadmaps.
  • Experience evaluating market opportunities, developing business cases, and prioritizing product investments using commercial and financial analysis.
  • Experience supporting or commercializing enterprise SaaS, healthcare analytics, or data platform solutions is preferred.
  • Experience with specialty care, pharmacy analytics, or accountable care organizations (ACOs) is strongly preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with experience using business intelligence, analytics, or data visualization tools to evaluate market opportunities and inform product strategy.
  • Experience with SQL, Databricks, PowerBI, and Azure is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority and drive alignment across competing priorities.
