Responsibilities

  • Own and support Baxter’s revenue management solutions, with primary accountability for Channel Operations use cases.
  • Ensure platforms reliably support pricing execution, customer entitlements/agreements, contract compliance, rebate and chargeback processing.
  • Act as the IT subject-matter expert for revenue management processes within Commercial Excellence.
  • Partner closely with Channel Operations teams to understand operational needs and translate them into system solutions.
  • Provide expert guidance on platform capabilities, limitations and optimisation opportunities.
  • Support global and regional Channel Operations models while enabling standardization and reuse.
  • Lead the intake, prioritization and delivery of enhancements related to revenue management capabilities.
  • Balance delivery of new functionality with platform stability, data quality and operational performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce manual effort, improve cycle times and minimise revenue leakage.
  • Ensure revenue management platforms support SOX, audit, quality and regulatory requirements, including pricing and contract controls.
  • Partner with Quality, Compliance and Internal Audit teams to support audits, inspections and validation activities.
  • Identify and mitigate risks related to pricing accuracy, contract compliance and downstream revenue impact.
  • Manage relationships with revenue management software vendors and implementation partners.
  • Act as an escalation point for complex system, data or process issues impacting operations.
  • Provide clear, concise communication to senior Commercial Excellence, Finance and IT stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Engineering or related field.
  • 5+ years experience supporting revenue and margin management processes.
  • Strong hands-on experience with revenue management platforms (e.g. Model N or similar).
  • Deep understanding of pricing, contracting, rebates, chargebacks and gross-to-net processes, particularly in indirect or channel-based business models.
  • Experience working in a public, regulated environment with SOX and audit requirements.
  • Proven ability to translate complex commercial and operational requirements into robust system solutions.
  • Experienced in Agile delivery.
  • Strong business acumen within the med tech industry.
  • Expertise in Agile delivery methods.
  • High attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and controls.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
  • Comfortable operating in a global, matrixed organization.

Pay

The estimated base salary for this position is $152,000 to $209,000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.

Schedule

Baxter has a flexible workplace policy which includes a minimum of 3 days a week onsite. This policy provides the benefits of connecting and collaborating in-person in support of our Mission.
