Senior Product Operations Specialist

For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Senior Product Operations Specialist to lead operational priorities where safety, quality, compliance, and execution discipline are central to success. This role offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a regulated financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Own and enhance the company’s Product Launch Program, ensuring high-quality and coordinated launches
• Lead and develop the New Grad PM Rotational Program, focusing on exceptional career experiences for early-career Product Managers
• Design and manage the onboarding experience for new Product Managers, improving it based on feedback
• Develop and operate programs promoting the company’s product culture, collaborating with multiple teams to create impactful experiences
• Spearhead complex cross-functional initiatives, maintaining clarity and momentum across various departments

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in Product Operations, Program Management, or related cross-functional role in a tech company
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional programs from conception to execution
• Strong systems thinking with a focus on developing repeatable processes for scalability
• Proactive improvement mindset, continuously evolving and enhancing existing programs
• Excellent judgment and ability to navigate ambiguity with strategic planning
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple initiatives effectively
• Product-oriented approach towards internal operations, emphasizing user needs and iterative improvement

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Pay

$109,500 – $152,100 annually
