About the role

BDR is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Product Marketing Strategist to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies across BDR’s full suite of products and services, ensuring every solution is positioned effectively, supported by compelling sales enablement content, and communicated to the right audience. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for BDR’s products and service offerings
  • Create product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions that resonate with target audiences
  • Plan and manage product marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, paid advertising, and event channels
  • Coordinate and lead all marketing activities related to new product and service launches
  • Develop and maintain sales enablement materials, including one-sheets, presentations, case studies, FAQs, flyers, and sales decks
  • Partner with sales, coaching, product, and leadership teams to ensure alignment and successful market adoption
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and optimize future marketing efforts based on data-driven insights
  • Maintain and organize BDR’s product marketing content library and resource hub
  • Translate complex products and services into clear, benefit-focused messaging
  • Support internal product education and training initiatives for sales and operational teams

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, including at least 2 years focused on product marketing, content strategy, or go-to-market execution
  • Demonstrated success developing product positioning, messaging frameworks, and sales enablement materials across multiple product lines
  • Experience planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with CRM and marketing automation platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience marketing to home service, trades, B2B, or professional services industries is strongly preferred
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure campaign performance and communicate results
  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-changing environment

Schedule

7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, with overtime and occasional weekends as needed.
