About the role

The Senior PMM, Pricing & Packaging will own how Legora prices and packages its platform, ensuring that the commercial structures accurately reflect the value created. This role requires deep expertise in pricing, packaging, and monetization strategies, especially within the context of AI-native legal solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Pricing strategy: Ensure that Legora's pricing architecture aligns with the value it delivers to both in-house legal teams and law firms.
  • Packaging architecture: Design and evolve how Legora's capabilities are bundled into packages that are understandable and sellable to buyers and sales teams.
  • New product monetization: Define pricing and packaging for new product lines as they launch, in sync with the teams building them.
  • Market & competitive intelligence: Collaborate with the competitive strategist to analyze win-loss data and competitive pricing trends, particularly as AI-native pricing models develop.
  • Sales enablement: Develop the necessary guidance, talking points, and tools to help sales teams price and structure deals confidently, including for non-standard or strategic deals.
  • Cross-functional alignment: Work closely with Finance, Sales, RevOps, and Product leadership to implement pricing changes that maintain pipeline health and organizational alignment.
  • Buyer research: Conduct willingness-to-pay and value-perception research among in-house and law firm buyers to ground pricing in actual decision-making processes.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years in product marketing, pricing, or monetization roles, with significant experience in scaling pricing and packaging strategies.
  • Deep experience in pricing AI, SaaS, or workflow products for enterprise or professional services buyers, particularly in the legal sector.
  • Comfortable moving between quantitative analysis (pricing models, elasticity) and persuasive writing that sales and buyers can use.
  • A track record of successfully implementing pricing or packaging changes that have stood the test of commercial and organizational scrutiny.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with Finance and Sales leadership while maintaining a focus on the buyer's perspective.
  • Exceptional writing skills, capable of defending every word of a document or presentation.
  • Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments and produce high-quality work without extensive oversight.

  • Based in or willing to relocate to Stockholm, London, or New York City.
