Marketing$130k–$200k/yrFull-time

About the role

The Product Marketing Manager, Frontier Labs will own the GTM execution for our frontier lab business. They will partner closely with Research, FDE, and frontier-facing sales teams to translate technical work into research-credible positioning, repeatable sales plays, and high-quality GTM programs that resonate with research and procurement leaders inside frontier labs.

Responsibilities

  • Execute launches for frontier-facing offerings end-to-end, from positioning and messaging through asset development, enablement, and post-launch iteration, in close partnership with Research, Product, and Sales.
  • Build and maintain the frontier enablement portfolio (decks, technical one-pagers, talk tracks, battlecards, demo and benchmark narratives) as a single source of truth, and develop repeatable sales plays tailored to research, evals/safety, and data procurement personas inside frontier labs.
  • Partner cross-functionally to develop integrated campaigns and ABM programs targeting frontier accounts. Drive continuous iteration based on pipeline signal and ensure product narrative is integrated across channels.
  • Own competitive intelligence for the frontier space, maintain sales assets, track lab-side moves, and surface insights that shape positioning, roadmap input, and field strategy.
  • Partner with Research to develop external content (benchmark and eval reports, technical blog posts, partnership announcements, co-marketing assets) that supports deal acceleration, sharpens positioning, and establishes Snorkel as a credible peer to frontier research teams.
  • Own and manage the intake process for frontier-lab-focused GTM and field requests, prioritize against revenue and strategic impact, and ensure the right asset, message, or play reaches the right audience with quality and speed.

Requirements

  • Years of experience: 5-8+ years in product marketing, technical marketing, or related fields, including 2+ years focused on AI-native products.
  • Messaging & positioning: Deep expertise defining differentiated positioning and compelling product narratives, and integrating them into high-impact marketing across the funnel.
  • Technical communication: A seasoned communicator who can translate complex technical concepts for research, technical, and business audiences into high-impact storytelling, with comfort presenting to and writing for researcher-grade readers.
  • Execution excellence: Demonstrated ability to maintain quality and consistency across multiple workstreams while operating at the speed of an AI-native, high-growth environment.
  • Enablement: Proven success building sales plays and enablement assets (battlecards, one-pagers, decks) in B2B startup or scale-up environments, ideally for technical buyers.
  • Campaign & ABM: Hands-on experience contributing to integrated campaigns and ABM programs in close partnership with demand gen, especially against small, concentrated technical buyer sets.
  • Competitive intelligence: Track record of running a competitive intel function: sourcing signal, synthesizing insights, and arming the field with materials that win deals.
  • Data-driven: Analytical product marketer who combines 0-to-1 launch leadership with a disciplined approach to tracking KPIs and performance metrics.

Bonus points for

  • Frontier AI fluency: Working knowledge of frontier model development (benchmarks, evals, RL, post-training, agentic systems) and the data and environments behind them.
  • Tech or research background: Background in ML research, technical writing, developer relations, or product marketing for ML platforms, dev tools, or research-grade products.
