About the role
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager on the Solutions & International Marketing team, you will own the narrative around Docusign's solutions for the Financial Services industry—crafting and sharing Docusign's story in the most engaging, persuasive way possible. Your expertise in marketing solutions to the Financial Services industry will shine as you collaborate across Sales, Growth Marketing, and Product teams to drive an integrated go-to-market (GTM) strategy and differentiated narrative for buyers and influencers.
You will serve as the subject matter expert (SME) on the challenges, value drivers, and buying journey for the banking, wealth management, and insurance verticals. Your responsibilities will include crafting high-impact messaging, positioning, and content; identifying priority use cases where Docusign has a right to win; defining cross-functional GTM sales plays; enabling field teams with vital content and tools; and building customer-facing assets that contribute to a strong pipeline for our solutions. This is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director, Solution & International Marketing.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creation of differentiated positioning, high-impact messaging, and customer-facing content that establishes the Docusign Intelligent Agreement Management (IAM) platform as the premier solution for the Financial Services industry across the entire agreement lifecycle.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Growth Marketing, and Sales Enablement to design and execute Financial Services sales plays, playbooks, training, and tools that accelerate pipeline and deal velocity.
- Serve as the primary SME on Financial Services buyer personas, uncovering deep customer insights and market trends to optimize the sales cycle and identify high-priority use cases where Docusign has a right to win.
- Support strategic customer and internal events (e.g., customer and partner conferences, sales meetings, executive briefings) by developing Financial Services narratives, presentations, and speaker materials that reinforce Docusign's differentiated value.
- Equip Partner Marketing with compelling industry messaging and positioning to fuel joint go-to-market campaigns and co-marketing strategies across the Financial Services ecosystem.
Requirements
- 8+ years of product marketing experience in the B2B SaaS space, preferably with a focus on tailoring your product marketing craft to the Financial Services industry.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4+ years of engagement targeting Financial Services professionals.
- Self-starter who can accomplish projects with minimal need for supervision.
- Highly collaborative, enthusiastic, open, proactive, and results-driven.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear examples of using data for customer insights and recommendations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven track record of working with multiple cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to understand and simplify complex, technical topics for non-technical audiences.
- Proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies and innovative programs that drive product solutions adoption.
- Experience creating and leading sales plays with measurable impact.
Preferred: MBA from a top-tier school or equivalent work experience.
Schedule
Hybrid: Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required (minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will include a weekly in-office expectation).
Pay
Pay for this position is based on a number of factors including geographic location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:
- California: $146,400.00 - $235,375.00 base salary
- Illinois, Colorado, Massachusetts, and Minnesota: $140,100.00 - $197,925.00 base salary
- Washington, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York (including NYC metro area): $140,100.00 - $206,775.00 base salary
This role is also eligible for the following bonus:
- Sales personnel: Variable incentive pay dependent on achievement of pre-established sales goals.
- Non-Sales roles: Company bonus plan, calculated as a percentage of eligible wages and dependent on company performance.
Stock: This role is eligible to receive Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
